Returns Policy

I changed my mind! Can I have a refund?

You can return most items within 30 days of purchase provided it is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

We can't accept returns of personalised items or made to order items as they have been made specifically for you.

You will need to cover the shipping costs of returning the item back to us.

What things are non refundable?

Non-refundable items include:

  • Personalised items
  • Made to order items
  • Gift wrapping service
  • Shipping costs of original order
Can I exchange an item?

We are happy to exchange your stationery for a different item, provided the original item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Send us an email with your order number and what you'd like to exchange.

You will be responsible for the costs of shipping your original item back to us. We need to receive the original item first before sending out the replacement.

We cannot offer replacements on personalised or made to order items.

How do I return an item?

Send us an email as soon as possible to let us know what you'd like to return. Please include your original order number.

Once we've confirmed your return, please pack the item up safely and send it to the Returns address below. Please note that you will need to cover the return shipping cost, assuming the item isn't faulty.

You are responsible for the item being returned to us. Please consider a trackable shipping service for peace of mind.

How will you issue my refund?

Once your item(s) has arrived with us, we will check it over and confirm the refund with you.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. We will not refund the cost of the original shipping.

Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to complete.

Damaged Items

My order arrived damaged!

While we pack our products carefully, unforunately sometimes things get damanged in transit. If this happens, please send us an email with:

  • Your order number
  • A photograph of the damaged item(s)
  • A photograph of any damaged outer packaging
  • If you would prefer a refund or a replacement (subject to stock availability)
Something doesn't work, what should I do?

We check our items carefully but sometimes things slip through! If you're having an issue with any of your items or something doesn't seem to work, please send us an email with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Any photographs of the item(s) that may be helpful

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. If it turns out the item was indeed faulty, we will refund the shipping cost.
